ISDA (Institute of Skin Diving Ateneans) INDUCTION DIVE for SikatUNA (Batch 1)
March 3-4, 2012
Call time was 4am at Mcdo Katips but my dear roomie and I woke up a few minutes before 4 (why didn’t we set an alarm??) so we had to rush our packing to be able to make it for the 5am bus to Batangas. So there i forgot my camera (of all things) and have to settle with my Corby phone tss.
Macariban Island was worth visiting; we felt like lost survivors trapped in an island haha. It was my first time to cook and eat meals by the beach. I would’ve slept on the sand under the stars but the wind was too cold so i stayed inside the tent instead. On our second day we sailed to Koala Diving Site for our 3rd and final dive and the ride was literally wet and wild. Imagine Rio Grande in EK… only it’s saltwater! And yes, Koala was breathtaking that I really wished I had a waterproof camera with me!
It was a well-spent weekend :) Thanks ISDA!
First four photos were by yours truly. The rest were grabbed from Vince and Raisa :)

I realized that I would want to have my own pet dog and pet cat someday and both of them will be best friends and I will forever take snapshots of their love-hate relationship. So here’s a random post about another dog that’s kinda part of the family.
Meet Cutie, Paula’s (my sister-in-law haha) mini pinscher :> She joined us last New Year and she also brought Cutie with her since just like all dogs, Cutie’s afraid of fireworks. so imagine what she would feel when 12 MN strikes, fireworks all over, and she’s all alone in the house. I think Cutie’s an albino mini pinscher, btw, which is rare for their breed. she likes my brother and doesn’t let him out from her sight. Clingy much :)
